Roasted Garlic is magnificent, from the smell to the flavor. I love putting it in my spaghetti sauce. I will purchase more in the future.

Roasted Garlic Surprise
This roasted garlic is full of natural flavors with the roasted taste and smell of fresh garlic. I added it to a tomato stew recipe which included fresh tomatoes, scallions, copped kale, and a few diced plums for sweetness then dropped a table spoon on top of my pan seared salmon. Wowww! Taste was amazing!
